Additional membership options are also available at the Academy and if the idea of windsurfing appeals to you more then why not take advantage of the newly developed Windsurfing Club Membership. Exciting news for all windsurfers and potential windsurfers, the Official Test Centre (OTC), Puravida Board Riders and the National Sailing Academy, have all teamed up to provide the ultimate Weymouth and Portland Windsurfing experience for 2013.

The Windsurfing Membership Scheme has been completely revised to make the sport more accessible than ever before. Portland Harbour is one of the most exceptional windsurfing venues in Europe and with The Official Test Centre (OTC) powered by Puravida Board riders on site; windsurfing is now represented as it deserves to be within the Academy grounds. As such, with its location facilities and resources, the new Windsurfing Membership Scheme represents unbeatable value.

As a member of the Academy you will have the opportunity to meet, socialise and compete with likeminded people of all sailing and watersport abilities. Throughout the spring and autumn WPNSA will also be assisting members to get together and put on some competitive events on Sundays. If you fall into the category of wanting to test your newly found skills and take part in more competitive sailing, then these weekly events will be a must for you.

Another date for the diary of new members is Sail Fest; Sail Fest is Weymouth’s exciting open event that is taking place over the bank holiday weekend in August.
